federal judge laying groundwork for a takeover of oakland, ca pd

Honestly the whole City of Oakland needs to be taken over. The City government is so corrupt and incompetent it's amazing it evens functions. And this is not an ideological thing. It's a liberal city it's going to have Democratic or Green party members as its representatives. That's not going to change and that's fine. It's the people that have been elected that are incompetent yet the voters continue to put them back into power. It would be much easier not to care but having roots there doesn't allow that.
