Did she say “ marijuana overdoses” specifically?

And I got at least 3 good reasons to keep it illegal:

1) Kids.

2) Politicians. I suspect most, if not all of the green new dope deal was conceived by stoned jackasses.

3) A skilled, sober and motivated labor force.
