Heck I just got DSL available. The electric model not the kerosene one.

RS, DirecTV can pretty much only compete in geographically isolated areas that have no alternatives anyway.

My company has been involved in building the FIOS system since the beginning.

Florida had some slowdowns because of extra lawsuits from the cable and telephone companies.

But yeah, FIOS is the shit compared to DirecTV.

But wait until your city decides to build their own fiber optic system like several have done. Now that is internet speed.

It's been available for a while in this area. Just haven't switched to it yet. I did not bother with anything but broadcast tv when single.
