Isn't that the script that has been laid out for us? A country divided and blaming the wrong people? Bachman can sip the blood of her victims along with all the other haters. It reminds me of the 'good ol days' when they could lynch blacks and draw a cheer from the crowd. Ugh...America the beautiful my ass.

Now now, the Democrats of those days are gone and you might as well forget them....they will never be held responsible for those murders.

Overseas it would be, but not here. Christianity is native to this country. It's a part of what we are.

Not all of us. And christianity is not native to this country.

So tell me. Would burning down a christian church or a synahogue be part of what we are?

Wade Michael Page played in white supremacist heavy metal bands and posted frequent comments on Internet forums for skinheads, repeatedly exhorting members to act more decisively to support their cause.

"If you are wanting to meet people, get involved and become active," he wrote last year.

"Stop hiding behind the computer or making excuses."

A day after Page strode into a Sikh temple with a 9mm handgun and multiple magazines of ammunition, authorities were trying to determine if the 40-year-old Army veteran was taking his own advice when he opened fire on total strangers in a house of worship.

So it's ok to persecute people for believing differently? To burn and destroy their property?

Well, the Muslims have been doing it for about 1,380 years, so it might also be fair to ask them when they plan to stop attacking us. We even gave them from 632 until 1095 (about 450 years) before we even got around to organizing the Crusades, for which we have so roundly criticized ourselves for doing.

Yeah, not so much, at least as far as Eastern Orthodoxy is concerned. However, that's irrelevant to the case at hand. That people have used Islam as a tool of violence does not invalidate the tenants of the religion, nor does it implicate all believers in those actions. But if you want to go that way, Christianity has done so for a good....oh since about 312 AD.
