First poll of Republican primary voters since the withdrawal of Huckabee

I think it could be poll noise. Ron Paul has received 10% before, but he usually polls between 5 and 10. Now that the field has narrowed, though, that bumps him up into what would usually be space reserved for front runners. I don't think many people have any expectation that Paul is going to win the primary, though. He's popular amongst liberal and moderate Republicans, but I don't see him growing much amongst the conservatives he would need to win the primary.

Paul, and in an unprecedented move he picks himself as his running mate, because he's just that full of awesome.

Paul/Paul 2012.

All that matters is the independent vote. And more and more that sect is moving towards the Libertarian side of the scale. And while there are Libertarians in both major parties, they're more famous in the Republican party.
