I've never had a flu shot in my life. Had the flu once about 29 years ago.
So? Do you work in public? Are you around school age children?
It’s fortunate you don’t require one. There are those with condition that if they got the flu it would be deadly.
You are fortunate you aren’t such a person.
I have not made up my mind about how dangerous the flu shot is, but I would never take one.

Not only do the flu shots look dangerous, but even after all these years there is no evidence that they are helpful....there is no such data.
The COVID jabs certainly harm and kill, RSV I dont know about but I would avoid without proof that it is a good idea.

I've never gotten a flu shot either, basically because it's often the wrong one. I was fully Covid vaxed/boosted, and never got Covid. More than likely due to my daily regimen of Zinc and a few other supplements.
I believe that some people just don't get Covid. I live with a nurse who had it 3 times and I never get it.

Thankfully, Covid has morphed into a very contagious albeit much less virile virus. After getting all of the other boosters, I think I'll skip this one. It used to be easy to get them. I got mine at the local grocery store. Given my overall superhuman immune system, I'll be a test subject this time around.
I don't even get colds when my grandchildren take their toys out of their mouths, and put them into mine. Then I find the next day that they have been sick.
Do you think that matters to the whole picture? About 28,000 Americans died of flu last year. If we eschew vaccinations, the numbers will grow. Flu os more dangerous when you are older. You should get the shots.
The flu shot generally falls under the now common "There are very few studies because the people in charge dont want to know" but what studies we do have say that there is no health benefit to the flu shot....there is no reduction in hospitalizations or death and no improvement in overall health.

That's amazing. I had vaccines as a kid but never as an adult. I had a tetanus shot once and it made my jaws hurt. I never had any vaxes since.

Not everyone is blessed with so much luck. At least luck doesn't carry the difficulty of going to the doctors and waiting to get the shot.

Sounds about right.
There are literally thousands of variants in the influenza series of viruses. No shot will get them all. At most it only gets a dozen. In general, it's a complete waste of time and money and this marketing comes from Pfizer, trying to sell vaccines by making the public paranoid every winter.
Flu has no season.
Most variants in the influenza series are uncomfortable, but certainly not deadly. There are a very few variants discovered that are deadly if left untreated, and none of those are prevalent right now.
This yearly paranoia is just marketing by Pfizer.

I was not given the Covid treatment (it's not a vaccine). I did get Covid19, but it was extremely mild. The infection lasts longer than usual and I lost my sense of smell and had a cough for awhile...that's about it.
Covid19 is the mildest variant of the Covid/SARS series of viruses ever discovered. NONE of the Covid/SARS series of viruses kill.
