The police accident report said that Clodfelter’s vehicle had been traveling east on Beth Avenue at 85 mph before the crash. That street has a hill as it approaches Konnoak Drive. The SUV traveled 80 feet through the air at 80 mph, the report said.

Clodfelter told an officer that she had passed out at a beauty salon for unknown amount of time before she drove her vehicle, according to the report. She said she didn’t remember the crash happening, and she “could have very well passed out once again while driving,” the report said.
