Flynn resigned.....time to find a new issue to whine about....

Too bad, the Logan Act is likely unconstitutional, should have had it out in court.

but I think lying to the VP was the reason.

Democrats didn't say a word.....can you say, hypocrite.

Unfortunately, I believe it was the lie as well. And, unlike the liberals' tolerance for lying, we don't need that. There will be a suitable replacement I am sure.

Regardless of this specific incident, Democrats really have no moral high ground on any issue because not only do they tend to be guilty of the same acts or worse in the past, but, as a party, they almost never show consistent outrage when one of their own violates ethics, rules, laws, etc. to when someone outside their party does even a fraction of what they did... :palm:

I'm guessing they view this resignation as a "win"... many Liberals on social media are already claiming that this will lead to Trump's "impeachment" also... because they've never been guilty of wishful thinking before... :awesome:

We're not yet a full month into the Trump administration, and already a Trump appointee is reportedly leaving on ethics violation.

The only U.S. president ever to resign his office in scandal was Richard Milhous Nixon, a Republican.

And the thrust of the comments in this thread about this Trump administration official resigning is: the Democrats are worse.

Democrats almost always circle the wagons around each other and rely heavily on a corrupt mainstream media that is politically aligned with them to protect them against what would normally be impending consequences to their corrupt actions, at all costs. Many times they will begin new lies in order to protect old ones. When the Democratic Party [of Slavery] has no shame, no consistent moral standards, and protect their own no matter what, they can get away with virtually anything, and they are VERY aware of this. Unfortunately for them, a good amount of the public has awoken to their corruption. If Nixon were a Democrat, the media wouldn't have likely bothered investigating him, would've downplayed it, and gotten away with it. Timothy Geithner had not paid $35,000 in taxes... yet he was confirmed as Treasury Secretary on January 26, 2009, by a 60–34 vote. Trump's Treasury Secretary was just today (February 13, 2017) confirmed 53–47, with no tax evasion in his past. Republicans are routinely held to a higher standard than corrupt Democrats...

It's amateur hour. Conservatives have seemed happy w/ Trump so far, but it's been a total bumble-fest for the most part.

he's gotten a few things done considering the hostile press and ridiculous 9th and "the resistance" :rolleyes: lol.

Now were gonna see useless bleatings about the Logan Act ( which is an obscure never prosecuted Act).
Meanwhile the Republican Congress is dithering around with not getting legislation moving.

This administration is right on schedule, turning out to be exactly the clusterfuck we all said it was going to be.

I hope Donnie Dumpster has a nervous breakdown and they have to carry him out in a straight jacket.
 
What makes anyone think that Flynn lied to Pence?
Pence has lied to protect Trumph many many times...
Why wouldn't he lie to protect Flynn on his own accord...
They all know how the campaign colluded with the Russians so they could illegitimately win ... They all want to cover this up and put it behind them...
Intell had the goods on Flynn so he was the sacrificial lamb ... If convicted he would bring down the entire administration...
When Putin decides to spill the beans on Trumph's collusion, the entire administration will be toast anyway...
