A huge benefit for today's Dems is for allowing immigrants, especially illegal ones into our country.
In the future the Dems will count on having these illegals vote the democrat ticket.

No one likes criminals. But trump's not arresting criminals. He's arresting bus boys and fruit pickers. You only have a boner about it because you're a hate-filled, ignorant pile of garbage.

So, I can start by saying your claim is flat, patently, and completely wrong. Now I expect you to repeat the saw that "It's a minor problem and not significant..." It is A PROBLEM and one we should be working to eliminate, minor or not. Requiring ID is NOT a major burden nor is it a costly imposition.

Why does the Left handwave this problem away and fight against something so simple and commonly done as having someone show proper ID to vote when they already do this for so many other aspects of their lives?

I don't care what sort of illegals he rolls up and deports. For me it's that they're all getting deported.

That aside, I note that in Arizona, there's been about 1 bust a month now of some restaurant chain or another that's using and abusing illegals. The owners and management are going to jail too.

For example, in the case of the Colt Grill (7 locations), the management and owners were in collusion with Mexican human smugglers to bring in illegals to work for them. The illegals were kept in stash houses in excretable condition. They were paid less than minimum wage and had some of their earnings held to pay the smugglers. On top of that, the owners weren't paying in social security, taxes, etc., on them

Worst of all--and why they got caught--was they were firing their legal American workers and replacing them with these much cheaper illegals. The fired workers ratted them out.

That seems to be the usual pattern in that industry when it comes to using illegals.

The people who were trying to vote, did not understand they were not qualified.
