A victim of a disgraced Utah teacher-turned-sex-predator is suing the school district for failing to protect him.
The victim, 19, claimed in federal court a Salt Lake City-area high school administration knew Brianne Altice was having sex with students, but did nothing to protect the boy and two others, according to the lawsuit, KSL reported.
The 36-year-old ex-English teacher’s rampant romps were so blatant, “Who is Ms. Altice sleeping with now?” became a running joke throughout the school.
The federal lawsuit is looking for an unspecified amount in damages for physical, mental and emotional pain, along with medical expenses.
