I lived in Manhattan, Kansas for a while. Not a bad place at all.
As for Portland, I'm glad people are finding out what a dump it is. I've been saying that since the first time I set foot in that shithole 15 yrs. ago.
I definitely would live most anywhere in Kansas rather than Poopland.
