During the presidential campaign, I was amazed at how the MSM kept adding fuel to the flames of Trump's successful campaign. They would drudge up bits and pieces of dirt, and then speculate at what kind of huge scandal it was. Each nothing burger scandal fell apart, but the MSM could not seem to figure out how each of the nothing burger scandals actually added fuel to Trump's success. When one thing fell apart, they doubled down on the same kind of crap, adding even more fuel to his success.
Here we are a couple years later, and the MSM and the left have still not learned. Ongoing witch hunts, bits and pieces of dirt about women that Trump might have fucked, attempts to marginalize Trump's accomplishments as president, and more. It is all like trying to put out a huge fire with gasoline. When gasoline doesn't work, they try a whole tanker truck full of it as if it. The same old worn out crap about racism, xenophobia, and misogyny, and the same old nothing burger scandals. In 2020, I suspect the left and the MSM will try using a whole fleet of fuel trucks to put out the fire.
