The video appears to be from a home security camera installed at a house about a block from the shooting.

The video shows a man wearing a white shirt and shorts, who appears to be Arbery, 25,walking down Satilla Drive on that Sunday afternoon It shows the man walk into the garage of a house under construction and then walk around back of the house.

Soon after the figure in shorts and t-shirt enters the construction property, a man wearing what appears to be overalls walks near a stand of trees across the street from the site and the figure appears to be observing the construction site.A minute later, after a car passes, a figure that appears to be Arbery comes out of a front door of the house quickly and runs down the road in the direction of Travis McMichael’s home on Satilla Drive.

No one has reported seeing this Thug running (jogging) until after he was spotted on the "private property" of this house! HE WAS ""WALKING"" down Satilla Drive on that Sunday afternoon NOT JOGGING!!!!! and took off running when he knew he was spotted ...He didn't stop because he knew he was up to no good!



These guys had every right to stop and ask a person what he was doing on that "private property" There were 2 calls to 911 about the Thug being on "private property" and as of now the only reports or witnesses to his running was after that fact!




Hint....Burglars run away when they are spotted!

How many people go look at new homes under construction? I'm going to say quite a few. Before I buy a house I look at the quality of homes being built by the builder. If it is left open it means there would be nothing in it to steal anyway.

Are u saying this guy with no job was planning to build a house of the quality that would have been in this subdivision?
 
The bottom line is, these two guys took the law into their own hands when they should've just called the cops. Period, end of story. A guy is dead, and this father and son will likely pay a heavy price for their actions. It's a lose, lose.

He didnt have the right to be on private property!!!

If you come home and find a guy on your property or see someone on your neighbors that runs when they see you..you have every right to chase!

Its not against the law to drive down the road in a truck with a legal gun. Its not against the law to ask someone ?s! it is against the law to be in a house on private property!!!

What does that have to do with anything? Defending this is just idiotic. I know you badly want the white guys to be justified in killing the black guy, but it's simply not the case here.
 
OCG-17-4-60 says a private individual can arrest an individual “if the offense is committed within his presence or within his immediate knowledge”.

911 was called because the dead perp was in a home on private property - immediate knowledge!

I know the left badly wants this to be a case of white racist hunting and killing a poor sweat black guy...but it's simply not the case here

1. This guy wasn't jogging he was walking until he knew he had been spotted in the house than he took off running

2. The white guys had immediate knowledge he was just in that house!

3. The black guy when confronted about him being in that house decided to attack the guy with the gun in an attempt to get it from him

4. Most of the time in a fight for control of a gun one ends up dead, just so happens the black guy lost that fight! The guy that was illegally in a house just mins before!

Ya he was house shopping. But wait I thought he was jogging in timberlands. Tools are left on construction sites all the time and it's obvious you've never done construction because people steal tools, building materials, and copper pipes all the time.
