Gender identity

It has been argued that vaginas, breasts, penises and testicles are not indicators of a person's gender. If that's true then why would anyone "assigned" a gender at birth based in those things, need to remove them if they arent indicators of a persons gender?

That about explains it doesnt it? If none of that matters then thr only reason for anyone to want to remove any of them is because their brain doesn't work right.
