George Conway III

I wonder what life is like in the Conway household? Do they avoid politics? Is she secretly the one who leaks and pretends to be a Trumpeteer only in public? Will she write a book?

I have a female friend married to a Trumpf supporter, and I got the distinct impression it cause serious problems in their relationship.

It sounds like her solution was to make him not talk about politics around her, and she forces him to wear ear buds when listening to Fox Noise at home.

As for Kelly Anne Conway, she probably is just doing it for the money, and frames it that way as a justification for her husband.

I would tend to think that sex and politics goes together in their Family.
(You know, like she forces his head between her legs and yells out Commands "Eat Me!", or he pulls her hair as he fucks her brains out and screams "You fucking Bitch!")

That marriage must be a testament to understanding and the power of love.

I keep expecting a divorce announcement, but none so far!

I couldn't stand her. Reporters say sensible things to her and her response seemingly has nothing to do with what she is asked to comment on, and SHE NEVER SHUTS UP. She always has to be interrupted to get her to stop. She goes rambling on and on and changing subjects left and right. Infuriating!

I have to wonder if they both understand what she has to do for her job, and that it is a ruse, they both know about it and joke about it, and she doesn't treat her husband the same way she acts when being interviewed.

The Repubs must have classes in how to talk over and through a conversation. It is not an accident that they all go magpie. Like Conway, she starts talking when the show starts and stops when her segment is over. She never stops. All Trump spokespersons do that. Rightys stop the program in its tracks and just keep prattling.

Hi Jack,

(I can't believe my Response is the only one NOT to get a 'Thanks') :(

You may not have been far from the mark but such speculation is just too personal a thing to comment on in public discussion. It's a decorum thing. Decorum in the forum.

A good article.

George is right:

"In providing for a national chief executive, the Framers incorporated the very similar law of public officeholding into his duties in two places in the Constitution—in Article II, Section 3 (the president “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed”), and in Article II, Section 1, Clause 8, which requires the president to “solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States.” That language—particularly the words faithfully execute—was in 1787 “very commonly associated with the performance of public and private offices,” the Harvard Law Review article points out, and “anyone experienced in law or government” at that time would have recognized what it meant, “because it was so basic to … the law of executive officeholding.” In a nutshell, while carrying out his official duties, a president has to put the country, not himself, first; he must faithfully follow and enforce the law; and he must act with the utmost care in doing all that.

But can Trump do all that? Does his personality allow him to? Answering those questions doesn’t require mental-health expertise, nor does it really require a diagnosis. You can make the argument for Trump’s unfitness without assessing his mental health: Like James Fallows, for example, you could just ask whether Trump would have been allowed to retain any other job in light of his bizarre conduct."

I'm sure he would be fired from a lot of jobs. Such behavior would destroy many businesses.

He went bankrupt many times in the job he inherited. He is incompetent.

A little too crude and pornographic for my taste and for mixed company.

I am not a fan of speculation and guesswork, but is possible they are both enjoying the elixir of their 15 minutes of fame and they are making money by playing both sides of the fence.

Dude. That's what the fucking problem is ... Decorum.

"crude and pornographic"?
News Flash: Fucking isn't 'crude', nor is it 'pornographic'.

For your own health, my advice would be to stay away from the Jesus Freaks around here that are completely at a loss of what Beauty, Pleasure, Goodness, and the Evolutionary Spirit of Man is all about.

When Kellyanne is done lying for Trump, this intrigue makes the book they write together all that much more valuable.

I just wonder if she is as purty on the inside as she is on the outside?
