Gerrymandering the states

Imo we need to seriously consider countergerrymandering the states. I'm thinking about 20 new blue senators are in order. Puerto Rico and Chiron Islands, DC, several new states can be created from California, split Illinois and New York with equal red and blue areas in both, even if it means splitting Chicago, a state for each Hawaiian island, a state for Guam and the Mariana Islands. That should be good for about 20 patriotic blue senators who will forever crush the tyrannical power of the settler tyrants in the middle.
