since i have become more disabled and now require a wheeled walker and heavy pain killers, when i do go out (without the pain killers), i have noticed that more and more people go out of their way to help me.
i think that there are more good people around than some would give credit to.
this is just a new years note and i hope that i continue the tradition when my mobility problems are fixed.
in the meantime, most people respond well to such courtesies so please spread them around.
