U.S. Rep. Joe Barton, R-Ennis, released a statement on Wednesday apologizing for a graphic nude photo of him that circulated on social media earlier this week.

“While separated from my second wife, prior to the divorce, I had sexual relationships with other mature adult women,” he said. “Each was consensual. Those relationships have ended. I am sorry I did not use better judgment during those days. I am sorry that I let my constituents down.”

Might be just my experience, but sending naked pictures of yourself to women you are dating has never been something that would occur to me.

As Elaine on Seinfeld once shrewdly noted, in general "naked is just not a good look for a man". I don't think it is something women crave?? Posing in boxer briefs, speedos, and cock shots are typically not a good look for dudes either. I personally think my best look is in a charcoal grey suit, with sky blue shirt and silk Jerry Garcia tie!

Back in the day the girls told me that I looked pretty hot in jeans and tee. I feel the need to add an extra layer or two now though.

LOL @ Elaine quote. I wouldn't mind a naked photo of my man to gaze on when he's not around, but he would be appalled at the very suggestion.... he agrees with Elaine. As for dating someone and getting an unasked-for nude photo of him, I would most likely call it quits. In guys' defense, though, I think that since they are turned on by photos and depictions of naked women, they may assume that we feel the same.

Just look at the history of Playboy vs Playgirl to see how well that worked out. lol
