I have been a gun owner for over 25 years... yet I have not murdered anyone. what is wrong with me? I must be immune to the murder virus
I've owned guns since I was 10 years old. I've shot them since I was 7. I haven't murdered anyone and have only pointed them at someone twice...both times to hold the theives until law enforcement arrived. So far the virus hasn't affected me.

I have owned guns for 30+ years, and I have never harmed anyone with them.
I have also been hunting and shooting with numerous people who are highly educated. In fact, I went quail hunting last year with a UA professor and a local lawyer. Funny, they didn't seem like GEDers.
It's amazing isn't it. On any of my several group hunting trips throughout the year with friends you would find more degrees in the group than you would find at your normal local Democratic meeting of the same size....here anyway.
Yep, some of us are. Some are lawyers, some are doctors...we gunowners are all kinds of people. Shouldn't come as a surprise.

Leaning, I have been meaning to ask you, how much did the catfish in the pic weigh? Looks like a monster. I'd guess 80 lbs or so.

Not quite 80. He weighed 65. Haven't caught any bigger but have caught 15 in the 50 - 65 lb. range. This weather is going to have to warm up. Got spring break in a week and a half....must go fishing.

65 is a monster! I am heading up to Joe Wheeler lake outside Hunstville AL, and have been invited to go fishing on the Tennessee River at night with a friend. He has caught some big ones.
Catfishing is fun stuff, especially on many of the bigger rivers. The pic you see is on the Arkansas River.......Kerr Lake in Oklahoma. I do a lot of my catfishing there. It's about 45 minutes from my home.
