What would government look like without fiat currency?
Congress couldn't create money for wars, and then make people work to pay it back later. The process is upside down.
People could be roused to war, but it would take much more, and once we started on the course of action, we would finish the thing quickly instead of occupying and sending americans out on pointless sorties to get blown apart, while being restrained from doing what actually needs to be done.
