It looks like you have lost the bet. Grand juries only sit for a limited period of time which is usually no longer than six months and the end of that time is here. Feel free to donate the $10 to Damo.

The bet is based on THIS investigation. There is still a lot of time before all potential charges met the statue of limitations.
