This would be unheard of in any other administration.

The DOJ only goes to the grand jury when they have an ironclad case.

Until now.

@T. A. Gardner would tell you these people, in the highest profile cases, will plead out to avoid this as the DoJ has such a high conviction rate and thus most people plead out quickly.

What Terry did not consider is that YES the historic DoJ was super competent and thus people, in these highest profile cases, did plead out but this Trump DoJ reflects Trump and not the prior DoJ's. Incompetence and stupidity are their hallmark and that is leading to them having historically high inabilities to Indict or Convict.

Laughably so.
