I'm not going to argue that this is anything but bad.

But, your focus on stuff like this, and lack of concern about gazillions of dollars we've spent to subsidize the oil industry, is just weird.

You get soooooo defensive about oil, tops. It's also weird - as weird as tinfoil's obsession with the relatively paltry amount of his tax bill that goes to "green."

I suggest you double check that....for example, can you identify a subsidy the government gives to oil companies that isn't available to any other industry.....

A subsidy is defined as monetary assistance granted by the gov't in support of an enterprise regarded as being in the public interest.

you can pretend all you want, but nobody is buying the claim it's a subsidy....you can either come up with something legitimate or just stand there and let us laugh at you some more.....

A fairly meaningless & wholly ineffective attempt to respond.

We spend more to protect & influence our main source of oil - by a huge margin - than any traditional "subsidy." You can deny that the money is spent for oil, but you'd just look silly.

then it's fairly matched with a meaningless claim.....if you decide to try to find a subsidy that is available only to oil companies, post it here......I'll check back from time to time and I expect I will see it.....otherwise, you're not worth responding to.......
