A Democrat president would give those marines a medal of honor if found guilty of the charge, while they should be given a dishonorable discharge for violating:

The Oath of Enlistment (for enlistees):

"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

QUESTION: Did those marines deliberately serve the United Nations? If they did they are guilty of treason because they were certainly betraying their country for “. . . enemies, foreign [United Nations] and domestic [Democrats] . . .”.

No they broke the law just the same as if they robbed a bank. They should be tried by a military courts marshal, if found guilty given a dishonorable discharge and jail time at Ft. Leavenworth.
