Shaken, not stirred!
Okay, I've already posted on this issue with regards with the recent SCOTUS ruling on CCW and NYC gun laws.

The questions that immediately came to mind were exactly what "freedom" was taken away when the AWB of 1994 was in place? Weren't there a ton of rifles, shotguns, revolvers and semi-auto handguns still available at the time? And in NYC, what does carrying a gun allow people to do that they couldn't before?
To date, I haven't gotten any honest, rational responses.
But what's REALLY interesting is that I brought up this same issue 4 YEARS AGO. If you get a chance, browse through that discussion and check out the cast of characters who COULD NOT GIVE A DIRECT, HONEST AND RATIONAL ANSWER THEN! Classic.
