Hacktivists in the news

Say it with me, leftists: mandamus.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has granted an emergency motion for a stay of a politically-motivated ruling by a rogue partisan district court judge.

This absurd ruling required US Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino to appear in court every afternoon, intentionally interfering with his duties related to federal immigration law enforcement.

The court has granted the government's petition for a stay, meaning that Commander Bovino does not have to appear in court as previously ordered.

This is a significant win for the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, as it allows Bovino to continue his work without the daily court appearances that were deemed to interfere with his executive functions.

“Absent immediate relief from this court, Chief Bovino will be required to appear in district court starting this afternoon at 5:45 PM, irreparably harming the government,” the governments' lawyers wrote before the appeals court sensibly halted the hacktivist judge’s order.

The stay will remain in effect until the appeals court can fully review the request from the administration to completely scrap the hacktivist district court judge's order.

US Border Patrol officer Greg Bovino did not have to appear in court Wednesday for what was to be the first of his daily check-ins with a Canadian-born Obamunist judge after a federal appellate court granted an emergency stay hours before he was set to appear.

The Justice Department filed an emergency motion seeking to toss out the left-wing hacktivist judge's ludicrous order requiring Bovino to attend daily meetings at Chicago’s federal courthouse with the black-robed tyrant who has temporarily forced federal agents to refrain from defending themselves against potentially deadly launched upon them by hate-crazed left-wing" journalists", obstructionist mobs and anyone else she deems "not an immediate threat".

The DOJ filed the motion with the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday afternoon, hours before Bovino was set to appear at the Dirksen Federal Building to meet with the Canuck skank. The appeals court issued their order very quickly, highlighting the absurdity of her ruling.

Progressive plaintiffs seeking to impede federal officers in the performance of their duties have until 5pm tomorrow (Central) to appeal the stay.

DOJ attorneys correctly pointed out that the ridiculous meeting requirement “significantly interferes” with the “quintessentially executive function of ensuring the Nation’s immigration laws are properly enforced” by sidelining a senior official who is “critical to that mission on a daily basis, noting sensibly that on every occasion that Chief Bovino was required to prepare and appear for those daily court sessions is time that he would otherwise spend carrying out the important law-enforcement functions he has been assigned.

The stay rightly described the despicable Democrat's order as “extraordinary and extraordinarily disruptive.”

The obtuse obstructionist wasted more than an hour on Tuesday interrogating the Border Patrol leader needlessly. During that questioning, the arrogant asshole ordered Chief Bovino to report to her chambers every weekday. She may have wanted his dick, because lefist "men" are notoriously unmanly, but that's no excuse.

The long-suffering Chief still remains scheduled to sit for an hours-long deposition tomorrow morning beginning at 10am (Central) in which he’ll face more grilling worthy of Stalin's secret police obviously designed to impede the enforcement of federal the law in and around deep blue "sanctuary city Chicago.

That interrogation will be done behind closed doors, and it’s not yet clear whether the Chief will emerge unscathed by leftist thugs. Beyond Bovino, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials Russell Hott and Daniel Parra will also be baselessly persecuted in the same manner this week.

Since Oct. 3, federal agents have been forced to fire tear gas at violent protesters around Chicago seven times.

The Obamunist Canadian fifth columnist appeared particularly incensed by federal agents deploying tear gas in self-defense after leftists violently obstructed their attempts to detain illegal construction workers.

The overweening Ontarian even ordered Chief Bovino himself must obtain and wear a body-worn camera at all times. Some suspect she wants a peek at his genitals while he urinates.

Forced to be at a particular place that is not voluntary or his workplace...

So, that's effectively imprisonment. So, the judge should be charged by the DOJ for false imprisonment, obstruction of justice, and abuse of power, and sent to prison for a decade.

Hacktivist U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani said she plans to issue a ruling later today on whether to grant Democrat’ request for a temporary restraining order on USDA’s decision to halt the flow of nutrition benefits due to the Schumer shutdown. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, the nation’s largest anti-hunger initiative serving nearly 42 million people, is set to run out of money Saturday if Senate Democrats don't relent.
