SCOTTSDALE, Arizona, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential candidate, said on Friday she would create a bipartisan council of advisors to give feedback on policy, if elected in the Nov. 5 election.
Harris also said she would put a Republican in her Cabinet.

The Founders created a govt. that cannot work without compromise. Gingrich put an end to that in the 90's because Republicans hadn't controlled the House in a very long time.

Obama tried time and again to work with Republicans and they screwed him every single time. Charlie Brown/football as it were.
