Has the mystery of Jimmy Hoffa been solved?

Wouldn't a hole in a foundation the size of a human body be a structural problem? Rebar or not?

From the images on the TV show about six years ago on this discovery... It was in a floor, not in the foundation. You could definitely gather an image from it, there would be rebar, but not so much that it would be impossible to image a skull...

Yes, the GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) would be able to identify a body shaped void in the cement. The rebar would show, but would not make it too difficult to identify a body.

The mystery of Jimmy Hoffa is not much of a mystery. Ok, the location of the body is a mystery, but its not hard to figure out that he crossed the mob and they took him out.

Depends on where it is. When someone says that they rushed to pour concrete into the base of a tower my first assumption is that there's a lot of structure there, meaning deep footings under huge columns and layers of rebar. A building like that is probably founded on bedrock with a thick mat of concrete between columns to level out the uneven rock surface. Damo's saying that the body's in the floor, so if they chose a deep section of the mat and it only has a single grid of rebar in it at that location then radar might be able to find a void.
