"If hate could be turned into electricity, it would light up the whole world." Nikola Tesla
"Between 5,000 and 7,000 hate crime incidents are reported each year to the FBI." AP

Does hate create evil, does hate allow evil. Do Mike Pence, Sean Hannity, Brad Parscale, Stephen Miller, Mitch McConnell, Evangelical preachers acknowledge the work they do in and for this administration hurts people, children, families, the environment, and not just immigrants - the latest scapegoat for the easily influenced, easily led. Are God's children only white and wealthy? Is there some hopeful and helpful goal that salves their consciences or is this just a consequence of groupthink and follow the leader. I return to the nuns' refrain, omission is as bad as commission - maybe worse.
Eight million dollar reduction in food stamps, five hundred thousand children would lose lunch programs, eight million dollar reduction in housing supports, all this while the wealthy pay less to support the republic and the government that provides the tools and laws that protects their greed. The greatest irony is that many of the people hurt, the areas hurt most are often areas of the nation that support republicans, that support Trump. The southern white, the rural white, the poor white are the biggest participants in food stamps and children's lunch programs.
What purpose do these policy changes serve, does hatred of the other enter the picture or is it that they just don't care? Omission again. Their goals are simple, nullify the caring state, the consequences be damned. They want to eliminate the ACA, deny food for needy children, roll back education reforms, then add in the selection of judges* and policy makers who are simply sycophants for corporations and injustice.
Pres Trump is a psychopathic personality, for him none of this matters, as the naive news person asks him hard questions he creates a reality that doesn't exist, he points fingers and they are always directed at another. No conscience exists in this man, that oddly is his appeal to many Americans, he says their dark thoughts out loud. Why hide your bias, prejudice, and lack of compassion, it is open season. Is there any need to explain that phrase.
We are all immigrants in America, it is time people faced that fact and worked to make all lives better, not just cheer an administration that is un-American to its core.
