A 26-year-old pimp in Portland, Ore., was convicted of viciously attacking a john who refused to pay one of his prostitutes.
Sirgiorgiro Clardy filed a $100 million lawsuit against Nike in Multnomah County Circuit Court stating the shoe company should have warned customers the extremely popular Air Jordan brand shoes could be used as a dangerous weapon.
At his sentencing, Clardy shouted expletives at the judge, prosecutors and jurors, and at one point was cuffed to a wheelchair with a mesh bag over his head so he wouldn't spit on anyone. On another day he refused to put any clothes on.
