inb4 @RB 60 reads the above and replies to it with 'so they are saying any soldier can simply refuse to follow any order', as he is hopeless stupid and what Trump loves about the 'poorly educated'.

Who's at fault? If it came from the top, it hit a lot of commands on the way down. Each could have refused.
