This is a woman who has lived a life of privilege, insulated in Democrat politics, and has never had a "real job" in her lifetime. She went to the finest private schools and universities, studied overseas, and afterwards got her bonafide's as a member in good standing of the Left of the Democrat party.
Combat soldiers in the Army and Marines are expected to carry 60 to 120 lbs. of equipment, ammunition, and weapons and do it all day every day if necessary. Some 5' 4" 125 lbs. woman is going to have difficulty doing that. That's just how it is.

Even in my own experience I had the occasional female who had taken a rating because it meant they'd get promoted faster and then they found that the work was hot, sweaty, dirty, and hard and didn't want to do it. I would suggest and even help them cross rate to some prissy office job more suited to their temperament even if in doing so they were unlikely to see promotions anytime soon.
