i haven't looked this version since it wont pass. in terms of healhcare reform id just assume have freehealth care. We pay enough fucking taxes but we get nothing free in this country cause we spend all our money on the military. Go to other countries like Ireland and they essentially pay the same taxes we do after you add up all the local, state, and federal. They get 35hr work weeks, pensions, free college, free healthcare.

amazing how they keep playing accounting tricks to make it appear this thing will reduce the deficit. If they are in such a rush to get this out and insure everyone... why are they waiting until 2014 to start up their precious insurance exchanges??????????????
 
i would never believe its going to reduce spending. I don't believe anything the government says to me anymore either party.

good point....I could balance the budget with a bill offering $100k to every man woman and child in the country......we will pay for it by taxing everyone $99k this year and paying it out, oh how about 2024?.......

I just emailed the Post article to Bennett and Udall.

I encourage everyone to ask their respective Senators how they can support this bill when it clearly raises the deficit once the accounting tricks are known. I would also suggest that you all ask them why it is we are in such a rush to pass a health care bill that delays the implementation of the 'exchanges' until 2014.

I will be watching to see if any of mine vote for it. Doubt that they will though. They're pretty mean guys.. ;)

The only shot we have is Udall, Bennett is simply a rubber stamp now, he knows he won't even have the job after next year.
