Vets can't even get through on the phone. They get tired of waiting and drop at a rate of 1 in 5. One former Marine even killed himself. This is a shameful way to treat those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for God and country to be treated.

They need to look at the VA hospital here in Richmond VA to see how to do it right. Not perfect but we saw what was happening and fixed it.
