I'm not talking photoshop, I am talking legit. Do you think DMV people are easily bribe-able?

I figure we have a few lawyers on here that might have a clue. I dont' know. It's always something I wondered, plus it could be useful.
 
I think i already figured it out. Probably next to impossible in america. But there are tons of third world corrupt countries. I just need to go to a country that is 3rd world but has lots of white people (I am white), THEN it's probably a pretty easy bribe. I could probably get a sweet passport for a few hundred bucks. Of course i'll be eastern euro trash or something, but whatever beggars can't be choosers.
