Stick their fucking logo on the balloon and sell some tires to the people tracking it.
 
I read China and the US are the only countries with these balloons. They are 3 times the size of a bus and carry a lot of equipment. They are not under high pressure, so puncturing them will not bring them right down. The gas is not combustible. They are not hot, so detection is tough. Now we showed China that we can track them.
