I'm pretty sure it's transmitted by air, not by Marijuana. But if it were it would be somebody sick touching the MJ, then you touching it transferring the virus, then touching your face or the pipe and transferring it from pipe or hands to mouth...

So far, from what I've learned, this non-seasonal flu is an odd mixture. It has proteins found in Swine, Avian, and Human forms of the virus, and while it isn't more deadly than a normal flu, normal flu kills about 36,000 per year. And that number is with the vaccination. The vaccination for this flu is "months away" according to the dude from the CDC on the radio this morning.
