Since the Board does not parse quote links (those little arrows) in a signature, I have figured out how to make the quotes link in the signatures...
First step find out the post ID number. Do this by hovering over the little number in the upper right of the post... or right click and save link address and paste it into a wordpad or doc. The post ID will be the number at the end. This one here is the rules, it was post number 2...

Then you put it into this little formula here:
Changing the temp post number 7654321 to the actual post number, number 2 in this case, and "SomeUser" to the username you want to use (you can also use this pattern to "change the name in a quote box" In this case I'll just use Generic as that was who posted it...
Will get you a sig that looks like this, and the link is the words in the quote box:
