No problem at all, I'll pick where to cut those programs. They hate our country, they hate our government and they hate democracy. Politicians are elected to decide these things. Much has to be changed but the system is doing what is paid to do, just to many haters right now but they are on the way out because of demographics .The browning of America will take care of much of our problems. They will not vote for the group that has treated them like shit for decades. They can just look in the mirror and say good bye and that's a good thing.

Let's start with taking Food from Children ...
Then Care from the Elderly ...
Screw Clean Air, Water and safe Food ...

... and I bet if we gave the 1% another Tax Break, they would say Thanks you :cool:
 
The reason government costs so much is because of the bureaucratic overlay of the overlay of the overlay on benefits programs. At this point in time, we could probably save a fortune if we just paid Walmart or Amazon to run many of the benefits programs.

pump up the social safety net


then end some unwarranted corporate subsidies


and lay out a INTELLIGENT plan to build some massive infrastructure


and raise the taxes on the corporations and the wealthy


that worked like magic in the past

You ain't seen nothing yet, wait till down the road, the cry from the right will be to cut the entitlements, one of the major reasons the Trump tax cut was aimed at making sure the rich got their bite before the eventually squeeze will come.

Excluding the military, the government employees over 2M people. The average federal employee makes better than $84K/year at a cost to taxpayers at almost $120K per year (https://www.huffingtonpost.com/moneytips/federal-employees-earn-50_b_8855508.html). That is $240B in payroll per year. It also does not include the state and local employees that are tied into the benefits bureaucracy.

Then, let's start expecting those who have elderly family member to take care of their own . . .

If you're not feeding your children or taking care of your elderly family members, it's on you.
