Nope. You know why? Because you and every politician, talking head, media member, and every message board warrior on earth can keep TALKING until you are blue in the face and absolutely NOTHING will change.Nothing. It will not change because nobody is willing to address the real causes of it all. This will be no different. Big talk filled with bluster........in the end.....nothing but a tiny fart in the wind.
