Since developing diabetes almost 7 months ago my stomach ailments have increased. But this is a very common side effect of diabetes, so my doctor isn't too concerned about it. The nausea, general discomfort, and pain CAN be irritating at times. I recently discovered Pepto-Bismol Ultra, which has helped more than any other OTC stomach medication I've used. This version of Pepto has twice the strength of their regular product. And it comes in cherry flavor, which I really like. Highly recommended.
