Change the parameters of the mineral deal....since the deal isnt really about minerals anyway and more about providing security without having to actually provide security. Have it written in that anything over and above operating cost goes to help fund the rebuild of ukraine. NOBODY could possibly be against it unless they had nefarious motives. We then sell the minerals to ourselves at a discount. We have to buy them somewhere anyway. Everyone wins. War ends...ukraine gets security and rebuild money...we get minerals
