lately ive been thinking there is something fundamentally wrong with Islam that has the propensity to turn people like this.

Consider catholisism. The pope is pretty much divine. descendent of Peter has the power over earth etc etc. However if he were to tell catholics to kill themselves in a suicide bombing they would tell him to f*** off. He cant even get people to vote the way he wants too. Supposedly his power over catholics is absolute.

Consider an imam. He is just a regular priest with no special doctrinal hold over his people. None to the level of the pope at least. Yet at his order people willingly kill themselves.
