First, Ms. Pelosi believes the Iraq war is a disaster and has damaged the USA. -- She may very well believe that.

Second, Ms. Pelosi may want Iraq to be a catastrophe because it would help the Democrats elect a president in 2008. If Iraq turns around and there's improvement in the situation, that helps the Bush administration and Republicans.

i really love this argument that pastes democrats as hoping that Iraq goes bad, and whats this Ms. Pelosi MAY want iraq ot be a catastrophe...

well i MIGHT want to win lotto, or I might want to get a new car.
or i MAY do this or that. WTF..i thought O'Reilly deals w/ facts....
 
Not me rob, I decided a few years ago if I was stuck with the liberal media, I might as well watch only the most liberal media ;)
Anyone that watches the rest of the media are just watching failures.

Nobodies pasting anything. It's a fact. If the war goes poorly it helps democrats.
