It's quite simple really.....you just have to convince 1 billion people to give you a dollar each......which could be accomplished quite easily if you had something, perhaps a bit of knowledge or wisdom, that they would be willing to pay you a dollar for......never mind....you're screwed.......

I just meant it as a beginning.
If he can get 1,000 men to vouche for him, then he might be able to another 999 that would agree to pay him $1,000,000 for his "talents".

I think the math works out.
