I start to agree with RFK jr, and then he goes off into insanity

Back To Reality
RFK jr. is right about chronic conditions. They are the big killers, and we are not doing enough to combat them. He does not seem to have any ideas on how to do more. It is difficult to do more, because they mostly involve getting people to make different health decisions, when they want to make the old health decisions.

But it gets worse, RFK jr. to get more focus on chronic conditions wants to have a "pause" on fighting all contagious diseases. If we give up the constant fight of contagious diseases, they spread, and grow quickly. Not to mention if there is an outbreak of anything big while we are on "pause", that could easily mean millions of lives.

And at the end of the "pause" you have to try to hire back, and train up a staff. That could take decades.

But it gets worse, RFK jr. convinced Samoa to "pause" vaccinations. Vaccination rates went from near 100% to 31%. At first things were fine, but within a few years, they had a measles outbreak the likes of which no one had seen in a long time. Dozens of children died from measles.

The USA is more than 1,500 times larger, so we could expect maybe 100,000 children to die from a "pause".

RFK jr. refused to go to Samoa during the outbreak, but sent messages that he believed the vaccine was causing the outbreak.
