I think we should change the name of Immigration and Customs Enforcement to add National in front of Immigration. Because it would entertain me to hear folks talk about the NICE Fascists, and the NICE Agents, and the NICE Cars, and the NICE Sweeps that they do not want....

Here is an idea, we could call it the Immigration and Naturalization Service(INS). It would enforce immigration laws, but also provide immigration services. It would have some understanding of what the state of the immigrant is, before trying to deport them.
 
When people ask how our country can survive without ICE, I point to the 227 year we survived without ICE...
