This picture is a mug shot from a 2014 arrest. Apparently he has, as one of the local Atlanta TV stations stated, "a laundry list of criminal activity". He's also homeless. In other words, the taxpayers have and will continue to be the ones paying for the actions of this worthless motherfucker.
