At just after 2:30 AM on Thursday, Israelis across central Israel were woken up to rocket alerts after a Houthi ballistic missile launched from Yemen was detected. The rocket was intercepted, but some of the shrapnel hit a neighborhood of Ramat Gan, near Tel Aviv.
Shortly after, it was reported that the Israeli Air Force hit targets in Sanaa, the capital of Yemen.
