If they want open borders, then why haven't they dismantled the walls during the Obama Admin?

Trump claimed that he was building the wall when the program Obama had in place to fix the existing wall was working. Both Dems and Repubs built a wall where it is necessary. Dems are not for tearing it down. Open borders is a claim of idiots. If Trump wants to stop illegals, just shut down the border crossings. That is where they come through. Why has trump not done that?

Didn’t Obama say there would be no wall ..yet it was being built as he lied .
